Each person may hold only one BV88 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is not permitted. BV88 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bets or winnings associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

BV88 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and mobile wallets. BV88 does not impose platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside BV88's control.

Deposits are typically credited to your BV88 account in near real time. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but BV88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before funds are released.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has been used to deposit on your BV88 account, or to a verified account in your own name. BV88 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made during a bonus period may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• BV88 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must come from an account in your own name.
• BV88 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it was made fraudulently or in error.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on BV88 — including sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and other markets, as well as casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and bingo — are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market.

A bet is considered accepted only once it has been confirmed by BV88's system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed verbally, via email, or through any channel other than the BV88 platform itself will not be recognised.

BV88 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted in error, including where an incorrect price or market was displayed due to a technical fault.
• The event or market is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach a valid conclusion under the applicable rules.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity affecting the event in question.
• The bet was placed after the event or relevant period had concluded (late bet).
• The account placing the bet is found to be in breach of these Terms.

BV88 uses live data feeds for in-play markets. In the event of a data feed error or delay, BV88 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome cannot be fairly determined. Live betting odds are updated continuously and the price at the time your bet is confirmed is the price that applies, regardless of any subsequent movement.

For slot games and casino products, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is governed by the game provider's certified configuration. BV88 does not alter RTP settings. Results for all casino and slot games are determined by certified random number generators.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

BV88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and tournament-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is communicated.

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Any involvement in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the use of inside information to place bets on cricket, PSL, football, or any other sport or event.
• Opening accounts using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using BV88 for money laundering purposes.
• Accessing BV88 via VPN or proxy services in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BV88 staff or other players through any communication channel.

BV88 actively monitors accounts for patterns of prohibited conduct and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. If BV88 has reason to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may freeze your account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable charges.
